Oh sweet easy nutrutious bliss balls! How I love thee! Seriously though, I love them. They're mostly raw, using nuts and seeds and sulphite free dried fruits and the best way to pack in some life enhancing goodness and energy without the nasty come down that we have after munching on something with refined sugar. None of that haze, that grumpiness and where if we were at home we'd have to go and curl up in bed for a while to get over it. Yuck. Or we'd eat some more junk and go again. Not sustainable lovelies.
I have clients who come to see me for over eating, junk food addictions, weight concerns and emotional rollercoastering and a lot of the time its their body crying out for nutrients. You could be craving nutrients for a number of reasons; dehydration, heavy metal toxicity, issues with absorption in the small intestine, not eating vitamin C (which aids in absorption especially needed when you're on a plant based diet).... honestly the list could go on and on, but the most common reason is just the fact that we're not eating enough raw, nutritious, chemical free foods that enhance our health with their vitamins, minerals and fats. Bam! Fact.
No matter what the reason is; Mine - sabotage, (add own limiting belief, emotional issue, time problem or just not knowing where to start) the fact is, we're just not getting enough vitamins, minerals and good fats into our diet which causes so many problems within our life on every level. If we could just spend 5 minutes throwing a few things into the Nutrabullet or food processor, we could have a delicious nutritional snack that gives us energy and keeps the junk food cravings at bay, bonus weight loss, glowing skin, luscious hair, clear eyes, feeling vibrant, clearer decision making, emotional stability...can you add anything else that you could achieve, feel, believe if you were feeling fabulous inside and out?
